As Director of Video at The Grio, I propelled the brand's growth by attracting a substantial subscriber base of 20k within a mere three months on YouTube. I orchestrated compelling interviews with influential figures such as Oprah, Stacey Abrams, and Vice President Kamala Harris, amplifying the brand's reach and engagement. In addition, I spearheaded the creation of new graphic packages, enhancing the overall visual identity of The Grio.

Through my strategic initiatives, I successfully launched five original series, including the highly popular 'Grio Top 3,' which garners 10K views per episode and generates $20,000 in ad revenue through a valuable Snapchat partnership. Moreover, I conceived and established the annual 'Juneteenth LIVE!' event on Facebook, amassing an impressive reach of 1.2M and further cementing the brand's prominence.
